Delivery Timelines

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

Delivery Confirmation

• Orders may require a signature or OTP verification at the time of delivery.
• OTPs will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• STR is not responsible for deliveries accepted by alternative recipients.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

STR is not liable for damage or loss after successful delivery confirmation.

Claims

Any claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
