Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
STR offers replacements on a case-to-case basis, subject to verification.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include:
- Order number and invoice number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear images or videos of the product, batch details, mono-carton, and outer packaging
Verification & Processing
- Requests are reviewed within 3 working days
- If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged
- Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging
Replacement orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt at our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or partially consumed products
- Requests made outside the allowed timeframe
- Products with tampered or missing labels, seals, or batch details
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Product damaged during transit and replacement is not feasible.
- Replacement cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
